Although we gladly accept walk-ins, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to guarantee availability. You can schedule by calling us at (443) 895-7600 or using our online booking system on our website.

All services can be paid via cash, major credit cards, and personal checks. Gratuities are to be paid directly to your stylist via cash, or Venmo.

At Modern Salon, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your cut or color, let us know within 10 days, and we’ll gladly make adjustments at no extra cost. If more than 10 days have passed, additional fees may apply. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

We want you to be thrilled with the products you choose from us! While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to exchange your product for one of equal value within 7 days of purchase. Manger's discretion will be used on all opened products.

Take advantage of our referral program! When you refer a friend, they’ll enjoy $20 off their first visit when they spend $50 or more, and you’ll earn a $20 credit towards your next service. It’s a great way to share the love and get rewarded!

We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations / alterations. If canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply.
