Salon Gift Certificate
The Modern Salon gift certificate can ONLY be used toward any in-salon service and/or product purchase at Modern Salon located at 2080 York Rd #210 Timonium, MD 21093 and is subject to salon terms and conditions. Salon gift certificates are NOT redeemable for cash or gratitude and will expire on the date written on the gift certificate. The salon gift certificate can NOT be used for online store purchases.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations / alterations. If canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply. Pricing
Hair and chemical services may vary based on individual stylists, coloring techniques, or hair length. Modern Salon reserves the right to adjust the services offered and their pricing without prior notice.

Client Satisfaction
At Modern Salon, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your cut or color, let us know within 10 days, and we’ll gladly make adjustments at no extra cost. If more than 10 days have passed, additional fees may apply. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

Payment Methods

All services can be paid via cash, major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover), and personal checks.

Gratuity
The industry average is 15%-20% of the service price and is always a matter of choice. Gratuities are to be paid directly to your stylist via cash, or Venmo.
